Rules of staying in the hotel

Settlements in Ukraine are made exclusively in national currency at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine for foreign currencies on the day of payment. Hotel rooms of the same type may differ slightly in area.

The room rate includes:

• luggage delivery;
• delivery, sending, and receiving correspondence addressed to the guest;
• room cleaning, linen and bath amenities replacement;
• wake-up call service;
• in-room safes;
• high-speed Internet in the rooms and throughout the hotel;
• baby crib, high chair, ironing board, and iron upon request;
• fitness center (children under 16 are not allowed);
• car parking in front of the hotel;
• taxi call service;
• luggage storage;
• currency exchange upon guest request within 30 minutes;
• emergency medical service call;
• outdoor swimming pool on the hotel premises;
• electric car transfer to the sandy beach and back (during the summer season).

Paid services:

• tourist tax;
• an extra bed in the room with a full set of bedding and bath accessories;
• laundry, dry cleaning, minor clothing repairs;
• doctor services and medical care;
• sauna;
• massage;
• room service (food and beverages);
• organization of conferences, seminars, banquets;
• transfer arrangements, VIP airport meet-and-greet services;
• paid parking in the hotel’s inner courtyard;
• tents and loungers on the sandy beach (during the summer season), excursion organization, yacht sea trips.

The hotel accepts payment in cash or by credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express.

General Rules of Stay at the Boutique Hotel “Otrada”

Check-in is processed upon presentation of a valid passport and 100% prepayment for the entire period of stay at the boutique hotel “Otrada”.

Accommodation Terms:

• Check-in – from 14:00.
• Check-out – until 12:00.
• Upon check-in, each guest must present an identity document (birth certificate for children).

Extra Beds:

Available in the following room categories: Superior Standard, Superior Standard in the Attic, Junior Suite, Family Room in the Attic, Suite, Suite Apartments.

• Baby crib is provided free of charge (for children under 3 years old).
• Children under 7 years old (accompanied by adults) can stay free of charge without an extra bed.
• Children from 7 to 12 years old – extra bed charge is 750 UAH/night.
• Children over 12 years old and adults – extra bed charge is 1500 UAH/night.

Early check-in and late check-out are charged at 50% of the confirmed room rate from 01.10 to 30.04, and 100% from 01.05 to 30.09, as well as on public holidays.

Room reservation is considered guaranteed after an advance payment of 100% of the total stay (from 01.05 to 30.09 and on public holidays), or the cost of 1 night (from 01.10 to 30.04).

Non-guaranteed reservations may be canceled by the hotel at any time without prior notice.

Cancellation Policy:

• Free of charge – if canceled no less than 1 day before check-in;
• Otherwise – a penalty of 1 night’s stay (from 01.10 to 30.04) and if canceled less than 3 days before check-in;
• In high season (from 01.05 to 30.09 and on public holidays) – penalty of 100% of the total booking cost;
• In case of no-show without prior cancellation, a penalty of the full booking amount will be charged.

Pets up to 5 kg are allowed, with an additional fee of 500 UAH per night.

Parking in the hotel’s inner courtyard, subject to availability, is 500 UAH/night.

Smoking in rooms and on the hotel premises is prohibited (except in designated areas).
