Tariffs at the Otrada Hotel

The price is indicated in the national currency of Ukraine (hryvnia) for a room with single / double occupancy.
*The cost of an extra bed for 3 people (adults and children over 12 years old) is 1500 UAH per day.
Children under 7 years old (accompanied by adults) without an extra bed are accommodated free of charge.
Accommodation of children aged 7 to 12 – the surcharge for an extra bed is 750 UAH/day.
A cot can be provided free of charge for children under 3 years old.
Additionally, upon arrival at the hotel, guests are charged a tourist tax of 40 UAH per person per day. Children under 18 years old do not pay the tourist tax upon presentation of a birth certificate.

Accommodation Rules:
Check-in is carried out upon presentation of a valid passport by the Guest and 100% prepayment for the entire stay at the “Otrada” boutique hotel. Upon arrival, each guest must present an identity document (for children – a birth certificate).
Check-in time is from 14:00. Check-out is by 12:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are charged at 50% of the confirmed rate for the period from 01.10 to 30.04, and at 100% for the period from 01.05 to 30.09, as well as on holidays.

Room reservation is considered guaranteed after making a prepayment of 100% of the total cost of the stay (from 01.05 to 30.09, and on holidays), and a prepayment of 1 night (from 01.10 to 30.04).
Non-guaranteed reservations may be canceled by the hotel at any time without prior notice.
Cancellation Policy:
- Free of charge – if canceled at least 1 day prior to arrival;
- In other cases – a penalty of 1 night stay (from 01.10 to 30.04) if canceled less than 1 day prior to arrival;
- During high season (from 01.05 to 30.09 and on holidays) – a penalty of 100% of the total booking cost;
- In case of no-show without prior cancellation, a penalty of 100% of the total booking period applies.
Pets up to 5 kg are allowed, with an additional fee of 500 UAH per night.
Parking in the hotel’s courtyard is available, subject to availability, at a rate of 500 UAH/day.
Smoking is prohibited in rooms and on hotel premises (except in designated areas).
