Rules of residence

Registration of the settlement is carried out after the Guest presents his/her passport and makes 100% payment for the entire period of stay at the Otrada boutique hotel.

Upon arrival, it is necessary to provide an identity document for each resident of the hotel (for children – a birth certificate).

 

Extra beds:

  • A baby bed is provided at no additional charge (for children under 3 years old).
  • Children under 7 years old (accompanied by adults) without an extra bed are accommodated free of charge.
  • Accommodation of children aged 7 to 12 – surcharge for an extra bed is 750 UAH/day.
  • Accommodation of children aged 12 and over and adults – surcharge for an extra bed is 1500 UAH/day.

Early check-in and late check-out is charged at 50% of the confirmed accommodation rate from 01.10 to 30.04 and 100% from 01.05 to 30.09, also on holidays.

A room reservation is considered guaranteed after making a prepayment of 100% of the cost of accommodation (from 01.05 to 30.09, as well as on holidays), and in the amount of the cost of 1 night of accommodation (from 01.10 to 30.04).
Non-guaranteed reservations may be canceled by the hotel at any time, without notice.

Cancellation conditions:

 

  • free of charge – if cancelled at least 1 day before arrival;
  • in other cases – a penalty for 1 day of stay (from 01.10 to 30.04) and if cancelled at least 3 days before arrival;
  • in high season (from 01.05 to 30.09 and on holidays) – a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the reservation.
  • In case of no-show, without prior cancellation of the reservation, a penalty of the entire reservation period will be charged.

Pets up to 5 kg are allowed, an additional payment of 500 UAH per day of stay is required.

 

Parking in the hotel courtyard, if available, is 500 UAH/day.

 

Smoking in the room and on the hotel grounds is prohibited (except for specially designated areas).
